Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return and get it approved for a refund via store credit. To initiate a return please send a photo of the item you wish to return and the order number.  After your free return label is sent, you have 10 days to drop the correct package off to the courier unless date stated otherwise, or we will be unable to process the exchange, return or refund. Item returns initiated past the 10-day timeframe will not be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please note that customer service takes 1-7 business days to respond.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns on items from bulk orders must be packaged and shipped separately using the unique return labels sent to you by anna&lauren. Refunds for items returned using incorrect return labels will not be processed.

Order cancellations are accepted 4 hours after order placement. Cancellation requests after this time period will not be accepted

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on regular sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with store credit within 10 business days of the product return. Note that duties/tariffs/shipping costs are not refunded. Returns above $300 CAD subjected to an additional 20% CAD restocking fee, and returns below will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund total.
